Sit down.

Let me tell you another story.

The life cycle of the bot-fly (Gastrophilus equi.)

That's bot and fly; remember to put a hyphen in between -- a hyphen, not a dash.

The bot-fly lays its eggs on the forequarters of a horse.
The hatching of the eggs irritates the skin of the horse.
The horse licks the larvae off its skin.
The tiny buggers grow into larvae inside the horse's stomach.
The horse defecates; the larvae go along for the ride.
The larvae pupate on the ground and become adults.

Aren't you glad you're living with a purpose?
