I feel like I just had a battle with a 10-wheeler truck and lost. Lifting my arms onto the desk to type is excruciating, and getting up from my chair is pure torture. Despite the constant pain in my arms and the electrocuting effect I get in my thighs and lower abs, I'm happy.That's Php3,000 annual membership fee and Php200 per session.
Groan.
