Glad that I was still able to complete my workout this morning since I didn't go to the gym for a week. (Come to think of it, I DID work out over the weekend.)Or maybe because my substitute trainer, Danny, trains me like a girl...well, technically. (I'm suddenly reminded of NKOTB's Danny Wood. Don't you just miss 'em?)
Romy will be on leave for a month.
